Hey, I'm Rosi.
I'm a qualified Personal Trainer and online female fat loss coach with a degree in Sports, Fitness and Coaching- and I've helped over 600 women over the past 6 years transform their confidence, bodies and mindset through coaching that actually fits real life.
But I didn't grow up loving fitness.
I used to feel self-conscious walking into a gym. I had no idea what I was doing, and almost walked straight back out. But I knew if I didn't make a change.. nothing would change.
I invested in a coach, starting lifting weights, and for the first time, I felt strong, confident, and in control of my body- and I knew I wanted to help other women feel the same.
9 years later, I've built a business around that mission.
